1 Login and Registration
You can start to login to the TUI Developer Portal and manage your apps and profile by clicking on the "log in" button on the top main menu.

This will display login options for TUI internal and external users.
As external and TUI partner you need to first register your account for the TUI developer portal. After you receive approval information, you can use the login as external developer.

1.1 Register a new external Developer account
Please fill and submit the registration form (https://signup.developer.tui) with your personal information necessary to manage your account and the interested API products. You can possibly subscribe to any other APIs later but we use this information or even if you have already a known partner manager or contact in TUI to fasten the approval process. For some API products there is maybe additional legal requirements that we can already kick-off in the onboarding.

Required fields
Firstname, lastname: Use your first and lastname so we can address all you questions or interactions to the partner manager or support teams
Username: You can choose your own username for login and we will use this as the display name if you comment on APIs or articles. This can't be an email address but firstname.lastname or a shorter username
Email: This is needed for password reset or communications
API Products: Choose the API product you initially want to access. We do not restrict to just this product in the future - but it fastens the approval for the API products that have legal or technical pre-requirements to be met
Country, Company, Industry: This is statistical information we use to improve our products and check the interest in the different markets and use cases. If there is also company and partner agreements existing - we can link you to them and better understand possible existing agreements and SLAs.
Partner Manager Email: If you already work with TUI contacts, this helps us to enable administrative support for your existing partner manager
1.2 Login
You can of course also use the password forget / reset functionality from the login window any time without needing to create support requests. But don't hesitate to reach out via the contact points any time, we are happy to support you!
After your successful login, you now can find your personal profile and the app management pages in the main menu.

2 Create new Apps
To create new apps assigned to you, chose the "ADD APP" buttom in the app management section. If you created your first apps, you will also be able to manage technical app attributes, credentials and API subscriptions.

A small input form with necessary attributes to create your app will be displayed. You should add an App name and a short description, this is also what will be presented to the API owner or partner manager for the API approval afterwards - before you can first use your new app credentials. So please be precise and prefix with your partner company if possible (e.g. travelparadise.fr-packagesearch-app).
Callback URLs for 3-legged customer logins are not required or supported yet. Please feel free to enter host server information of your apps if possible, so we will reuse those into our security monitoring systems and minimize abuse.
Lastly you will need to select at least 1 API you want to be subscribed, that you want to use from our catalog. You can do one additional API subscription at a time, this will fasten up the approval workflow.

2.2 View your existing Apps
After you created your app, it will be visible in the app collection. You can directly see all apps, their status and use the action buttons to view, change or remove apps or get additional app statistics.

2.3 Manage Apps and Credentials
After you created your app, you can see all entered app information including the present OAuth2 client credential sets, and all successfully subscribed API products.

3 General authentication for APIs
Use the credential information from the consumer key and secret (the OAuth2 client credentials of your app) and see authentication for APIs using OAuth2 to start using our APIs.
