This represents about 2000 colleagues, serving over 200 routes and more than 120 airports all over the world. In its turn, TUI fly Benelux is part of the international tourism group TUI. Thanks to TUI fly, you can above all offer a good price to your customers for a comfortable flight.

HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR API
Step 1: Conclude a contract For questions of commercial nature: please e-mail
Step 2: Once the contract is signed & our accounting department has set up an account and opened an internal ICT ticket you will be contacted by our ICT department who will provide you with technical information and username and password for access to our test environment. From that point on & only for ICT-API technical related items: please use this e-mail address.
Before sending a request to our API you need to request an OAuth 2.0 Bearer token to the respective environment with the client-secret and client-id provided by us. Please note that we can only grant you access to the production environment after you’ve tried out the test environment and you’ve made at least 1 test booking.
For all NONPRODUCTION-environments you can use the same credentials. For PRODUCTON-environment you can request specific credentials. PLAYGROUND: https://playground.api.tui/oauth2/token PRODUCTION: https://prod.api.tui/oauth2/token
After you’ve requested the OAuth 2.0 Bearer token you can make requests to our environments with the Bearer token. Playground-environment: https://playground.api.tui/ota Production-environment: https://prod.api.tui/ota
WHAT THE API CAN DO FOR YOU!
FLIGHTS API
This API will provide you with all the available flights that we have on on www.tuifly.be and https://www.tui.nl/vliegtickets/ as well as https://www.tuifly.ma/ and https://www.tuifly.fr/
This API contains:
- Departure airport
- Return airport
- Flight number
- Departure date
- Arrival and departure time
PRICE API
Via the price API, we will need you to send through the request of the number of pax that need a price check for a certain date, number of nights (or one way fare), origin airport and destination.
The API will then:
- Check the availability in real time on the flight(s)
- Perform a price check for the submitted request
- Ping back the price and fare basis
- Send back the fare conditions
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
The baggage allowance feature will pass on easily understandable information to the customers about what their basic allowance is with the fare that they selected. This fee depends on the selected route, the ticket type and the airline they selected. Customers can also book extra baggage at a provided fee. This API will take all this into account.
The API will show the customer:
- The standard baggage allowance, based on their route: max amount of check-in luggage (if any), hand luggage, weight and dimensions
- Additional luggage information
- Options and fees for extra luggage + the possibility to book this
BOOKING API + PAYMENT API
The customer has made their selection and is ready to purchase the order? Great! Via this booking and payment API, the booking can be made in a few easy clicks and a payment will secure their booking at the listed price.
Prices change daily, as well as during the day, depending on offer and demand. By making a booking, the customer secures the listed price for their request and a fixed booking will be made. After payment, they will receive a booking number that will finalise their booking with TUI fly.
CHECK BOOKING
Need to re-check what you booked? Need to check the flight times once more? This API will provide your customers to check their booking via the MyZone on the TUI fly website and there you or your customers can also book extra luggage or other ancillaries
In case of a flight change, this will also be available here. Of course we will also notify customers via the listed contact data in case of a change.
