Middleware API

The Middleware API is a TUI-internal abstraction layer for the NewSkies Digital API (DAPI), owned and maintained by the Flight Production & Logistics (FP&L) department. It is not a public API and is restricted to authorised TUI internal applications only.

This API simplifies complex DAPI workflows into single, stateless calls — removing the need for consumers to manage multi-step orchestration or DAPI-specific error mapping.

Access is limited to TUI internal teams and applications. External parties or third-party integrations are not permitted to consume this API.

API-Key Request

Each client application consuming the Middleware API must be identified by a unique API key. To request your key, register on the prod developer portal or non-prod developer portal for the API named Middleware Api.

Notice: The developer portal only shows the production API key. To access non-prod environments, a separate API key from the non-prod developer portal is required.
