Aviation Crew Roster Data API

What does this API do?

This API gives you access to TUI crew roster information: which crew members are on duty, what activities they're performing (flying, training, standby, and more), and when and where those activities happen. You can look up the roster for an entire airline or for a single crew member, over a date range you choose.

Purpose

Crew rosters change frequently and come from TUI's internal crew tracking system. This API exists so that back-office systems can get an up to date, consistent view of those rosters without needing direct access to the underlying crew tracking system. Data is refreshed roughly every five minutes, so consumers always see near real-time duty information.

Key capabilities

• Look up all crew roster duties for a specific airline (owner) between two dates.
• Look up all roster duties for a single crew member between two dates.
• Filter results by activity type (flying, training, standby, and so on) or by rank (Pilot or Cabin Crew).
• Retrieve the initial duty sheet (Duty Sheet 0) or the latest duty sheet version for an airline or a single crew member.
• Get large result sets delivered as a downloadable file when the response would otherwise be too big for a normal API response.

This API is intended for back-office use only. It is not suitable for crew-facing applications, since it includes both published and unpublished duties.
