Aviation Crew History Data API

What does this API do?

This API gives you access to the historic activity records of TUI airline crew members. For any crew member (or a whole airline) it can tell you which days they had off, when they were absent, their flying recency, and how much duty time and block (flying) time they logged over a chosen period. The information can be returned day by day or summarised by month.

Purpose

Crew history is spread across TUI's crew tracking systems and is not easy to query directly. This API brings that information together in one place and exposes it in a consistent, structured format so that other applications and teams can build reporting, planning and compliance tools without needing direct access to the underlying crew systems.

Key capabilities

• Retrieve daily crew history for a single crew member or all crew of an airline across a date range.
• Retrieve monthly (accumulated) duty time and block time for one crew member or a whole airline.
• Filter results by rank, home base and active status.
• Choose which activity types to include: off days, recency, block time and duty time.
• Request large result sets as a downloadable file via a temporary secure link.

Data is drawn from the TUI crew tracking system and refreshes roughly every five minutes, so responses reflect information that is about five minutes behind the live source.
